ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 494 & 506 (i) IPC and Section 4 of TN Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 in Crime No.12 of 2018 and seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the first accused got second marriage with the fifth petitioner herein and when the same was questioned by the first wife of the first accused, a quarrel arose between the defacto complainant and the accused. Hence, present case has been registered against the petitioners. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.

side) submitted that investigation is pending.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioners with stringent conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on their executing a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srivaikundam, or to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., and 05.00 p.m., until further orders.
