ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos.

1 to 3 apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 354 A and 506(ii) IPC on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The defacto complainant urges that the first petitioner, namely, Manikandan had sexual relationship with the defacto complainant by promising that he will marry her. After marrying her, he had absconded. The primary allegations are set out only against the first petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that investigation is still pending. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the second and third petitioners with certain conditions, while dismissing this criminal original petition against the first petitioner. Accordingly, the second and third petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam and on executing a bond for a sum https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the second and third petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of one week and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. The second and third petitioners shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. 5.The second and third petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
