This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.296 of 2013 on the file of the respondent within the stipulate time.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.
3. At request of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the learned counsel for the petitioner produced all the documents which are required by the respondent police for investigation. Since the documents are produced by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file the final report before the concerned Court, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
