ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner/accused prays for grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., for an offence punishable under Section 379 of I.P.C. in Crime No.59 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's name was not found place in the F.I.R. and only on the basis of the confession given by co-accused, the petitioner has been implicated in the crime.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that 52 kgs. of copper wire was missing from the solar company and this is the second anticipatory bail petition and there is no change of circumstances.

4. This Court already dismissed the anticipatory bail petition on 27.09.2016 and there is no change of circumstances. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and this petition is dismissed.
