ORDER:- This Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 31.01.2022, and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.K.M.Priscilla Jancy, Advocate for petitioner and Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, Additional Public Prosecutor, for the respondents this Court made the following order:

CRL MP(MD). NO.5361 OF 2022 This petition has been filed to extend the time to surrender to the petitioner as before Principal District and Sessions (Special Court for SC/ST Act Cases, PCR), Madurai as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.1708 of 2022, dated 31.01.2022.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that he has received the order copy only on 02.02.2022 hence he was unable to comply with the conditions.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court to surrender to the petitioner is extended till 06.05.2022, failing which the order already granted shall stand dismissed without any further reference to this Court.
