ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 408, 409, 417, 420, 467, 468, 471, 473, 477(A) and 120(b) I.P.C. in Crime No.01 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has appeared before the respondent and also gave a specimen signature, the same has been sent for comparison and report is being awaited. 4.It appears that the petitioner is not figuring as an accused. It is seen that if the report is adverse, the case against the petitioner would only rest on documentary evidence. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Madurai and on his executing a bond for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only), with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on 19.06.2018 and 20.06.2018 at 10.30 a.m and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

5.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
