2. The petitioner is having patta in respect of the petition mentioned land. He wants this court to restrain the respondent corporation from laying any road thereon. The learned standing counsel for the corporation clarifies before this Court that there is no proposal to lay road as apprehended by the petitioner.

3. Recording the said submission made by the corporation through the learned standing counsel, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
