PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to pass an order of Extension, Extending the bank Guarantees of Rs. 13,52,70,609/- and USD 150,879/- for a period of 8 weeks from 20.03.2025 and to direct the learned Principal District Judge, Tuticorin, to disposal of the Arbitration OP under AR.OP.No.149 of 2024 within 6 weeks from 20.03.2025. ORDER
The present revision petition was disposed of by this Court on 25.07.2024 with a direction to the learned Principal District Judge, Tuticorin, to dispose of Aribtration O.P.No.149 of 2024 on or before 30.11.2024. The first respondent in the revision petition was directed to keep the bank guarantee alive till 15.12.2024.
2.Thereafter, this Court by an order dated 05.12.2024 in C.M.P.(MD)No. 17390 of 2024, has directed the first respondent to keep the bank guarantee alive till 20.03.2025.
3.According to the learned Counsel appearing for the revision petitioner, arguments on either side have been completed in the arbitration proceedings and the parties are exploring the possibilities of settlement through conciliation and they request the Court for a direction to keep the bank guarantee alive for a further period of eight weeks.

4.Considering the said request, the first respondent is directed to keep the bank guarantee alive till 30.06.2025.
5.With the above said terms, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed of.
