2. Based on the earlier direction of this Court, a status report has been filed by the 2nd respondent herein. On perusal of the same, it can be seen that totally five petitions were received, and five C.S.R. numbers were given. Out of preliminary enquiry since the offences were made out, four cases were registered against the petitioner as well as the other side, and the 5th case was closed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that except to conduct the investigation as per the due process of law, the respondent police did not harass the petitioner nor did they registered any false case. The investigation has also been completed, and the final report is also taken on file. The particulars with reference to the said four cases are as follows :

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) also submitted that the concerned Inspector of Police is now transferred to some other police station, and now the petitioner as well as his opposite parties have to face the cases which are pending before the appropriate Court.
