ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent. 2.The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 406 and 420 of I.P.C., in Crime No.Not known of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner.

4.In the view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the respondent police is directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.6357 of 2020 conduct the enquiry and if any prima facie case is made out against the petitioner, the respondent police shall register the F.I.R or close the petition enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
