Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., to direct the respondents-1 & 2 to withdraw the investigation of the Crime No.477 of 2015, dated 23.11.2015, on the file of the respondents-3 & 4 and to entrust the same to some other special investigation agency or any other officer under their special supervision.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.477 of 2015.

2. Earlier, notice was ordered to the respondents.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, based on instructions submitted that already investigation has completed and negative final report has been filed and hence, closed the complaint as "Mistake of Facts" and sent the closure report to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedasendhur. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the above said submission, the relief sought for in this petition cannot be granted as per prayer. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
