information report in Crime No.222 of 2022 pending on the file of the first respondent police, insofar as the petitioners are concerned. 2.Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) takes notice for the first respondent and submits that the investigation has already been completed and final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Mahila Court, Nagercoil and the same was taken on file by the learned Magistrate in CC No.76 of 2023. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if he is having any grounds. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is also closed.
