ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 448, 354 & 294(b) of Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 in Crime No. 83 of 2018 and seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is said to have illegally entered into the house of the defacto complainant and abused her in filthy language.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that no one sustained injury in the alleged occurrence. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the fact that no one sustained injury in the alleged occurrence, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on his https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Kovilpatti, Thoothukudi District or to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
