ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A1 was arrested on 29.04.2018 by the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under sections 379, 380, 406, 506(II), 120(B) r/w 34 of IPC, in connection with a case in Crime No.125 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police and hence seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with the other accused misappropriated the money sent by her husband, the de-facto complainant from foreign country and the co-accused attacked and threatened the de-facto complainant with dire consequences.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent lady and she has not committed any offence alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that the petitioner is having two tender children and she is in custody for more than 25 days and hence, the petitioner may be released on bail. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner along with the other accused committed misappropriation of money and in this case, the investigation has been almost completed.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the nature of the allegation made against the petitioners, this court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.
6.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thanjavur and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders and on further condition that the petitioner shall surrender her passport before the court concerned.
