ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 323 & 506(i) IPC and Section 4 of Woman Harassment Act in Crime No.17 of 2018 and seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, a quarrel arose between the petitioner and the de facto complainant, out of which, the petitioner attacked the defacto and also threatened with dire consequenses.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and she has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that no one sustained injury in the alleged occurrence. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the fact that no one sustained injury in the alleged occurrence, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on her appearance before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on her executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
