ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct enquiry according to law and dispose the complaint of the petitioner dated 18.08.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in order to take action against the fourth respondent, the petitioner has given a complaint. However, till date no action has been taken on the said complaint and hence, the petitioner is before this Court with this writ petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that pending the writ petition, the complaint of the petitioner has been registered in Crime No.12/2022 on 12.10.2022. 2/4

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. Accordingly,this writ petition is dismissed. 31.01.2024 RR TO
