O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.760 of 2022 on the file of the 2nd respondent police. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after completing the investigation in this case, final report has been filed before the Special Court, Madurai and the same was taken cognizance and posted for appearance of the accused persons today. Now the matter become infructuous. 3.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
