Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Government Advocate for the 1st respondent and the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent.

2.This petition has been filed by the petitioners to quash the case in Crime No.115/2017 on the basis of the compromise arrived at between the parties.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.115/2017 was completed and chargesheet was filed on 15.05.2017 before the Judicial Magistrate, No.III, Tirunelveli. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

That apart, there are two cases pending against A1. Recording the same, this petition is dismissed.
