Respondents Prayer : This petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents Nos:1 to 3, to give adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members for assault with threatening by respondents Nos:4 and 5, with illegally created in fraudulent second death certificate in prior to the death of one year for one deceased namely, Muthukumar against the original death certificate issued by Revenue Authority based on the order of the JM-II, Mannarkudi in Cr.M.P.No:2695 of 2015, in order to grabbing the petitioner's purchased lands from the sixth respondent, vide registered document of petitioner:115/2021, dated 09.09.2021, consequently direct to the same official respondents consider the petitioner's representation as per law on 26.03.2022, with same representation on 30.03.2022. ORDER
This Petition has been filed to directing the respondents Nos:1 to 3, to give adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members for assault with threatening by respondents Nos:4 and 5, with illegally created in fraudulent second death certificate in prior to the death of one year for one deceased namely, Muthukumar against the original death certificate issued by Revenue https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P (MD).No.7165 of 2022 Authority based on the order of the JM-II, Mannarkudi in Cr.M.P.No:2695 of 2015, in order to grabbing the petitioner's purchased lands from the sixth respondent, vide registered document of petitioner:115/2021, dated 09.09.2021, consequently direct to the same official respondents consider the petitioner's representation as per law on 26.03.2022, with same representation on 30.03.2022.
2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the respondent police on 30.03.2022 and the same is still pending without any progress.
3. In view of the same, the third respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and respondent Nos.4 to 6 and dispose of the same, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, the Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
