This court, by order dated 28.04.2025, allowed these petitions on condition that the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.4,000/- to the respondent's counsel on or before 23.06.2025, failing which these petitions stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this court. It is seen that the said order has not been 2/3

complied with till today.

3. In view of the above-said order and non-payment of the cost as per the order dated 28.04.2025, these petitions stand automatically dismissed as of 25.06.2025.
