ORDER:- This Criminial Misscelleneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the order dated 20.02.2020 and 17.03.2020 and
upon hearing the arguments of Mr. N.Dilip Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. V.Neelakandan, Additional public prosecutor for the respondent(s)1 and 2, and of M/s.M.Maria Vinola, Advocate for the 3rd Respondent and this Court made the following order: Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that initially bail was granted on condition to report before the respondent police daily twice and subsequently, it was modified to the effect that the petitioner should appear before the trial Court once in a week.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first and second respondent would submit that the condition has been duly complied with by the petitioner.
4.Mrs.Maria Vinole, learned counsel for the third respondent would submit that now the victim girl is studying in a private College and opposed for relaxation.
5.Taking note of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that there is due compliance and also taking note of the fact that subsequent modified condition has also been complied with, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on first working day of every month, without fail. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not disturb the education of the victim girl.
