PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to transfer the investigation in Crime No.50 of 2021 dated 02.03.2021 pending on the file of the third respondent and to the fourth respondent or any other competent authority on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 05.03.2021. ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Criminal Original Petition to transfer the investigation in Crime No.50 of 2021 dated 02.03.2021 pending on the file of the third respondent and to the fourth respondent for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 341, 323, 506(i) IPC or any other competent authority on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 05.03.2021.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 02.03.2021, the petitioner was went through two wheeler from Paramakudi to Mudhukulathur

Road. One Madhu @ Madhusoothanan, who is running a TASMAC bar without Government permission and his friends two unindentified and unamed persons working there. All the above said persons attacked and threatened the petitioner with abused filthy language with dire consequences. Hence, the petitioner gave a complaint before the third respondent.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the investigation in Crime No.50 of 2021 has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi and the same was taken on file in S.T.C.No.966 of 2022.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
