ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.32 of 2018 and seeks anticipatory bail. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that there was a wordy quarrel between the petitioner and the defacto complaint and the petitioner assaulted the defacto complainant. He further submitted that injured has been discharged from the hospital.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the fact that injured has been discharged from the hospital, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Vilathikulam, Tuticorin District, or to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.
