6.K.Muruga Doss : Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to demarcate the petitioner's land with four boundaries, as per the request, under the Survey and Boundaries Act and other relevant Acts and to give protection to enjoy the same lands in Natham Survey No.811/B1 with an extent of .01 01 30 hectares equivalent to the present survey No.971/3 in O.Mettupatti Village in Sattur Taluk, Virudhunagar District. *********** Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4. Mr.N.Manohar, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the fifth respondent. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission itself. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Today, when the Writ Petition is taken up for admission, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, on instructions, would submit that on the complaint of the petitioner, the President of O.Mettupatti Panchayat, Sattur Taluk, Virudhunagar District, was enquired into and he has given a written statement that he will lay the road, without affecting the property of the petitioner and after surveying the property in the presence of the petitioner, if it is proved that it is panchayat land, he will lay road only in the lands belonging to the panchayat.

3. In view of the above submissions made, recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. The petitioner will pay necessary charges for surveying the lands and on such payment, the authorities concerned will measure and demarcate the property, both in the presence of the petitioner as well as the President of O.Mettupatti Panchayat, Sattur Taluk, Virudhunagar District. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
