O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking quashment of the First Information Report in Crime No.03 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent police.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the accused persons wrongly restrained the second respondent's son and abused him using filthy language in respect of his community and attacked with knife and threatened him with dire consequences. Hence, a case in Crime No.3 of 2021 has been registered for the offence under Sections 341, 294(b), 307 and 506(2) of I.P.C and Section 3(1)(s), 3(2)(va) of SC/ST (POA) Act, 2015. Seeking quashment of the same, the present petition has been filed.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5630 of 2021 3.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the investigation is completed and further action drop charge sheet is made ready and the same is yet to be filed before the concerned court. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present petition.
