ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to interfere in civil dispute in respect of the house property bearing Town Survey No.242/1, Block No.4, Town Survey Ward No.VIII, Survey Nos.98/4 & 98/5-3 at Thirumalayrayer Padithurai, Ward No.50, Madurai Corporation.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner against the third respondent, enquiry was undertaken in CSR No.140 of 2023, dated 22.03.2023. During the course of enquiry, it was found that the suit in O.S.No.155 of 2023 is pending before the Principal District Munsif Court, Madurai. Since it is the civil dispute and civil suit is pending between the parties, the above said complaint has been closed. 2/4

3. In view of the above said development, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this matter.

4. With the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
