Respondents This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 3 to 8 to hold enquiry by implementing the order of the second respondent dated 14.10.2014 and to stop registering documents in respect of the above said properties by taking necessary action against

the representation dated 21.06.2014 given by the petitioner within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 3 to 8 to hold enquiry by implementing the order of the second respondent dated 14.10.2014 and take necessary action against the representation dated 21.06.2014 given by the petitioner.

2. Mr.K.Guru learned Addl.Govt.Pleader takes notice for the official respondents.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, by the respondents, on merits and in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. The learned Addl.Govt.Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

6. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the respondents 3 to 8 are directed to hold enquiry in tune with the order of the second respondent, dated 14.10.2014, and pass appropriate orders, on the basis of the representation of the petitioner, dated 21.06.2014, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
