ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.111 of 2018 and seek anticipatory bail. 2.

The case of the prosecution is that there was wordy quarrel arose between the petitioners and the defacto complainant, during the time of celebrating the Ambedkar Birth Anniversary. Ultimately, the petitioners had attacked the defacto complainant. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that injured has been discharged from the hospital. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the fact that injured has been discharged from the hospital, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of 10 days https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
