Respondents Prayer : This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.06.2014 i.e.to measure the petitioner's land in S.No.133/1A at marikundu Village, Rethimmakkal Patti, Andipatti Taluk, Theni District.

ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition to measure the property and fix the boundary, for the lands possessed by her.

2. At the time placing arguments, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has specifically averred that the property situated in S.No.133/1A at marikundu Village, Rethimmakkal Patti, Andipatti Taluk, Theni District, belongs to her, to which, there are no rival claims nor any suit is pending. Hence, the petitioner prays this Court that the property may be measured and boundaries may be fixed accordingly.

3. Mr.N.Manoharan learned Spl.Govt.Pleader, would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

4. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 16.06.2015, on merits and in accordance with law,

after giving notice to the interested parties, if any, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
