ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 420 of IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the matter has been resolved. The counsel for the intervenor however seeks time to verify. The respondent police filed the copy of the proceedings indicating that the matter has been resolved. A copy of the letter given by Siva has also been enclosed.
