2.By order, dated 24.03.2025, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.870 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible,

preferably on or before 31.12.2025.

3.The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.141/2026, dated 04.02.2026, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further time to comply with the order, dated 24.03.2025, made in this Civil Revision Petition.

4.Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, three months time is extended finally from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order, dated 24.03.2025. 20.02.2026 pal To The Special Judge for Family Court, Madurai.
