ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 420 IPC in Crime No.475 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, the petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail. 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

The case of the prosecution is that the Divisional Manager, Oriental Insurance Company Limited, Madurai has lodged a complaint on 06.10.2016 alleging that the petitioner along with other accused created forged cover note in respect of one accident and attempted to get the amount from the insurance company, which resulted in registration of the above case.
4. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the accused persons, including the petitioner herein produced bogus insurance cover note by forging the signature of the real insured and claimed money with the said duplicate documents.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any such offence as alleged by the prosecution. He would further submit that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the present case has been foisted against him only with an intention to harass him.
6. It is seen that serious offences have been committed by the petitioner attracting the provisions of Section 420 IPC and other penal provisions. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, as custodial interrogation of the petitioner is very much prerogative in order to find out who are all involved in this case.
