Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 323 of IPC r/w Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of harassment of Women Act in Crime No.44 of 2018 and seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant was dashed against the second petitioner and to wreak vengeance, the petitioners were way laid the defacto complainant, abused him in filthy language and tried to assault him.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. 4.Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners were said to have attacked the defacto complainant and caused injury. She further submitted that injured has been discharged from the hospital.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the fact that injured has been discharged from the hospital, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

6.Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Ramanathapuram, or to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders. sd/- 23/05/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
