Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents not to allow the illegal and improper construction of community Hall constructed by the 7th Respondent and improper occupation of the existing community hall by the 8th Respondent and order to utilize the existing community hall for the welfare of colony residents and granting such other and further reliefs which this Court deems fit and proper in the circumstance of this case.
