This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioners' representation dated 27.01.2023 and consequentially directing the respondents to remove the petitioner's name Nagamani S/o. Rajendran in HS No.9 of 2021 maintained by the 3rd respondent within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.B.Nambiselvan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the writ petitioner's representation dated 27.01.2023 will be considered in the next meeting scheduled to be held in June 2023. 2/4

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent is directed to consider the writ petitioner's representation dated 27.01.2023 and pass orders in accordance with law in the next meeting scheduled in the Month of June 2023.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No cost.
