This Criminal Original petition is filed to direct the first respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.673 of 2014 and to file final report within a time limit that may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on instructions submitted that on 11.07.2017 itself the final report was filed. However, he also submitted that the final report is yet to be taken on file.

4. Recording the said submission of the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side), the Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the respondents to see that the final report is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

taken on file within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
