This petition has been filed, seeking to direct the 1st respondent to direct the 2nd respondent to secure the accused person, namely, Karuppuraj in connection with the Crime No. 35 of 2017 for further progress of investigation on the file of the respondent and file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the accused in Crime No.35 of 2017 has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.5965 of 2017 on 17.05.2017.
