The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court in WP(MD).2422 of 2024 dated 06.02.2024.

2. It is brought to the notice of the Court that writ appeal has been preferred as against the above mentioned writ petition in W.A(MD)No.2180 of 2025 and an order of interim stay has been granted in C.M.P(MD)No.12467 of 2025 in W.A(MD)No.2180 of 2025, dated 05.08.2025.

3. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition stands closed. The petitioner is at liberty to revive his request in the event the writ appeal is dismissed.
