O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that the third respondent is not functioning under the control of the University. Now, the college was converted as a Government College and falling under the administrative control of the Directorate of Collegiate Education of Government of Tamil Nadu. This apart, the grievances regarding the impugned recruitment notification, the same cannot be considered on account of efflux of time. Further, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the recruitment itself was cancelled and the writ petitioner is working as a Guest faculty on hourly basis. If at all, any grievance exists to the writ petitioner, is at liberty to approach the competent authority for the purpose of redressing his grievances in the manner known to law.

2.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
