Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the Respondents impugned order in Proc.NO.S2/10028/2014 dated 21.05.2014 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the 1st Respondent to grant pensionary benefit to the petitioner treating him as a employee in the parent division Forest Department and pass such further or other orders.

O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. He has made an endorsement to that effect and also circulated a letter dated 07.11.2016 to the Registry, wherein it has been stated as follows: "We are appearing for the petitioner in the above Writ petition. My client instructs to me to withdraw the above case. Kindly list the above case for withdrawal before the Hon'ble Court on 08.11.2016."

2. In view of the letter dated 07.11.2016 circulated to the Registry and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently MP(MD)No.1 of 2014 is closed.
