This petition is filed seeking a direction to the third respondent file a final report in Crime No.496 of 2015 within a time frame.

Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that after investigation, the respondent police filed charge sheet on 29.07.2016 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedasanthur and the same is yet to be taken on file.
