ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner has given/written a statement before the Tahsildar, Melur that due to his illiteracy he has obtained two documents in the name of Chinnaiah and Chinnucone and he undertakes that he will produce both the documents and request the authority to correct his father name in the death certificate. He further submitted that if the petitioner produce the necessary documents, the authority will consider the same.

2. Recording the above said submission, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
