ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) This writ petition has been filed in public interest, seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to cancel the Pattas, issued to the respondents 4 to 7, by the second respondent for the vacant land in Survey No.248/1, situated at Kakanji Colony, Therkutheru post, Melur Taluk, Madurai District.

2. We find that the prayer in the writ petition cannot be granted as it is the realm of Revenue authorities concerned to deal with the issue and moreover, we find no reason to entertain this writ petition as a public interest litigation.
