ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences under Section 420 of I.P.C. It appears that the petitioner was running a self help group and induced the other members to part with their moneys. The amount involved is a sum of Rs.50,00,000/-. It appears that the petitioner has no intention to settle the claim of the depositors.

2.Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner herein.
