ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 447, 341, 294(b), 323, 324, 427, 355 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.146 of 2018 and seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that there was a wordy quarrel between the petitioner and the defacto complainant and due to the same, the petitioner had attacked the defacto complainant and damaged the house of the defacto complainant. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that injured has been discharged from the hospital. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the fact that injured has been discharged from the hospital, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
