2. The petitioner's counsel fairly informs the Court that the final order has been put to challenge in W.P.(MD) No.81363 of 2022.

3. It is open to the petitioner herein to take the ground of breach of the interim order granted in the writ petition in the other writ petition filed by him against the final order. Leaving open the remedy in the other writ petition, this contempt petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
