This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 herein to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members on the basis of his representation dated 23.09.2016.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 to 3.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police would give police protection only to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the respondent police is directed to give police protection only to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members, after considering the petitioner's representation dated 23.09.2016.
