ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to transfer the investigation to the 2nd respondent office for conducting fair and impartial investigation in Crime No.19 of 2023 on the file of the 3rd respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police would submit that alteration report has been filed for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 294(B), 323, 324, 506(ii) IPC and 4 of TNPHW Act and 3(1)(r), 3(1)(S) SC/ST (POA) Act, 2015, over which, the 2nd respondent / Deputy Superintendent of Police is a competent person to investigate the case.

3. In view of the said submission, the grievance of the petitioner is redressed and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
