ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in the order dated 12.01.2026 in CRL.O.P.(MD).No.803 of 2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in CRL.O.P.(MD).No.803 of 2026 on 12.01.2026, regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the conditions regularly till date.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.803 of 2026, dated 12.01.2026, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered with a further direction to the respondent police to file final report within a period of 30 days from today. Reporting compliance 15.06.2026.
