ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order of Suspension in Roc.No.2026/B5/2015, dated 04.06.2015 on the file of the second respondent and quash the same as illegal.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing at the admission stage, the writ petition, which was filed challenging the order of suspension of the petitioner issued by the second respondent in Roc. No.2026/B5/2015 dated 04.06.2015, was admitted by this Court on 24.06.2015.

4. Today, it is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the suspension order issued to the petitioner had already been revoked by the second respondent herein vide proceedings in e.f.vz;.2026/M1/2015 dated 24.03.2016.
